60-minute, alignment-driven, flow class specifically designed for pregnant practitioners. Some yoga experience recommended.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to download a PDF that contains instructions to access the class. Once you open this link you must download the instructions within 24 hours (but you do not need to start the class by then).
